January 2006 - The Winter NAMM show drew more people than previous years and was a great place to reveal several new lines. The incredible line array drew lots of attention and questions. The new line of subwoofers were probably the most talked about items in the Selenium booth. We thank everyone who stopped by to see us and look forward to working with you in the future. December 2005 - the national sales manager for International Audio visited the new warehouse in Cerritos California to construct the new catalogs and brochures for 2006. The new catalogs will have more complete technical data than previous years. December 2005 - Selenium loudspeakers release several new products. The new small mid-bass drivers include a new 100w RMS 6" woofer, and the 150w RMS 8" woofer. The new folded horn replacement subwoofer, 18WFH1P, is rated at 800w RMS. It is designed to replace your old folded horn subwoofers. A new 800w subwoofer, SWS800 series is available in 15 and 18" and are in stock, ready to ship. The WS600 line was made complete with the addition of the 12" and 15" drivers, adding to the 18" that was released early in the summer of 2005. This line replaced the WPU09 series only slightly changing the overall specs and using the same baskets. So if you like the WPU09 series, you will love the WS600. October 2005 - Selenium USA moves it's North American Sales office to Cerritos California. Distribution facilities still available in Arkansas and Virginia. Now with the new Cerritos location, we are certain to get your orders to you faster and cheaper. June 2005 - Two new drivers released! A new 1100w Subwoofer and 600w low/mid-bass driver are in stock and ready to ship! June 2003 - True Audio Concepts from Brookings SD has set the USACi world record for 151-300 modified with a 150.4 running Selenium Extreme Subwoofers. May 2003 - Russell Asbridge of Hendersonville TN sets the USACi World Record in 0-150 modified with a 155.3 running ONE Selenium Extreme Subwoofer. May 30th, 2003 - The deal has been sealed and we are now your only source for the mobile audio line of Selenium Loudspeakers in North America. The Bass and Street Bass lines have been ordered and will be available for delivery on June 16th. If you have any questions, please call us at 501.988.4238 April 26-27th - Saturday nights single point show at Thumpers Car Stereo in Springdale Arkansas was taken by surprise with Ken Sanders 88 Daytona in the 0-150 Modified class with a 152.8 The meter seemed to be a little low and this was confirmed during the Sunday triple point show when on a new meter Ken pulled his 156.2 and took first place, beating many cars in the classes above him as well. Spring 2003 - Becoming more and more popular, as noted at all of the major USACi competitions, the Selenium Loudspeaker is going to be a name to contend with. Taking four first place trophies in Panama City is a good indicator. Outperforming subs at twice the cost of the Selenium Extreme, team Tennessee has made it their own. Team member Russ Asbridge told the International Audio President, "These speakers are close to my heart" Russ is one of the top SPL competitors in the country and did an amazing 164.4 with 4 Selenium Extremes in the 0-150 class at the Arkansas Blast, (a USACi regional show). Selenium left the Arkansas Blast with 5 first place wins and three second place trophies, one taken by Ken Sanders of Prattville Alabama with a 156.8 running 4 15" Selenium Extremes November 2002 - Selenium sets another SPL record with a 174.6 in the Van pictured below. USACi World Finals got its first big visit from Selenium taking three first place trophies in SPL and was the speaker choice of one Sound Quality points champion. May 19th 2001- SaoPaulo Brazil, with United States dB Drag president on hand with the necessary measurement equipment, Selenium set a world record of 171.6, rocketing Selenium's Automotive line to notoriety.
